Introduction to AGC

The Association of General Counsel is a professional organization made up of the chief legal officers of major U.S. corporations. We celebrated our 50^th anniversary in 2001.

Our purpose is twofold –

1. to promote high standards of legal services to major corporations and
   
2. to facilitate and promote the study of legal problems of general interest to major corporations.

The Association holds two meetings each year – one in the Spring and one in the Fall. Materials distributed at these meetings will be available on-line at no charge.
